Though Gomer’s Place offers a weekly consult with a medical doctor and physical therapist, our facility is not a medical center. Therefore, we serve elderly and disabled individuals who would be classified as modified independent.
Modified independent means individuals who are able to direct their own daily living activities but require supervision or minimal to moderate support. If you believe your loved one fits this description, give us a call!

While the state's minimum requirements call for an LPN to consult with guests once a month, we provide a weekly consult with an extraordinary medical doctor.
As another added benefit, we provide a doctorate level Physical Therapist who comes weekly to work with guests.
Gomer's place is available 6AM until 6PM Monday through Sunday. Many caregivers can benefit from extra time to pick up their loved ones after work and the ability to drop off on a weekend.
We offer what isn't found at other centers: weekly canvas painting in a sunroom, vineyard and garden with walking / rolling paths, beginners technology time and much more.
Our staff are trained and fully committed to ensuring your loved ones are safe, cared for, and enjoying themselves. Our facility is a fully renovated, appealing property on 3 acres in a quite, kept location.
