Gomers Place is an Arts, Technology and Science Adult Day and Home Health Aid Facility nestled in a quiet, safe area in Tuskegee, Alabama. We offer day, overnight and weekend care for modified independent living elderly and disabled individuals.
Our facility features almost 4000 square feet of newly renovated, comfortable living and sleeping space, including a sizeable sunroom, technology space, tearoom, and outdoor deck. On the large 3-acre lot, Gomer’s Place guests will enjoy a huge back garden, vineyard, fruit trees and more.
At Gomer’s Place, we do all things extraordinary. We provide an atmosphere of extraordinary care, attention, grace, kindness, peace, gentleness, compassion, transparency, responsiveness, and more. Our dedicated team strives to enhance quality of life, ensuring every guest feels valued, respected, and empowered.
Our services do not just meet the minimum state requirements but well exceed them. (For example: the state requires an LPN to work with guests once a month. Gomer’s Place has a Medical Doctor that meets with guests once a week. Call us today and ask for more ways we exceed the standard!
We provide Adult Daycare Services for the elderly and disabled from 6AM to 6PM Monday through Sunday. (You will find most facilities close on the weekend, not us.) Also, overnight Home Health Aid Services will be available January 2025.
At Gomer’s Place, we are committed to nurturing each guest wholistically. Each week we have the following: canvas painting, poetry reading, tech time, garden and vineyard time, and more. Be sure to call and inquire about our daily activities!
